Dr. PhilDr. Phil is famous for asking, “How’s That Workin For Ya?”  Can I ask how your giving plan is working for you?  Most of you reading this are probably asking, “what plan?”  Exactly!  Most pastors have no actual plan for increasing giving.  This is one reason why giving is in decline.  We are in denial!

Is giving important?  All of you reading this will agree that it is important.  If you don’t think it is important just ask your spouse how important it is to them when you come home and say that another year of no raises was just passed by the Finance Team.  When are you going to do something?

I write about what few care to even think about, giving.  The other day I helped a leading pastor in America write an article about the crisis in terms of the decline in giving.  I emailed him and asked, “Did you get any response to that article.”  His reply did not shock me as he said, “Some.”  Some.  Some are concerned.  Some see the need.  Yet few are doing anything about it.

At the current rate of giving decline Americans will give only 1% of their incomes to the church by 2050!  If that doesn’t cause you to stop and take note then what will?  One thing that will get your attention is when you have to cut your budget significantly.  Wait until you have to walk down the hall and tell some staff member that their salaries are going to be cut.  Worse still, wait until you have to lay off staff.

You might be thinking…

I don’t know how to put a giving plan together.  I do and my monthly plan can and will help you increase giving if you use it.

I don’t have the time to work on giving stuff.  I do all the work for you so you don’t have to do a thing.

I can’t afford to hire help.  My price is low so that anyone can afford it and you can cancel at any time.

I already am a member of a giving plan.  Good for you but guess what, mine is not as expensive, I personally contact all my members and interact with them.  Does your plan?  Your plan is written by guys that have never been pastors and simply don’t know the trials and troubles of a pastor.  I was a pastor for 20 years.  Trust me with your current plan you are simply one of hundreds and you are not getting your moneys worth.  Does that sound cocky?  Perhaps but frankly I am tired of pastors getting ripped off by guys on their way to becoming millionaires on your back.

I am not sure your plan would help me?  I completely understand that.  Why spend any amount of money for what you are not sure about?  So, I decided for a limited time to allow people for $1 to try my site for 14 days.  To take advantage of this go to https://thestewardshipcoach.org/join-now/

I have a plan waiting for you do you have a better one?  Let’s get started reversing the decline in giving at your church!
