Put your left hand up in front of your nose. Come on humor me. Then put your right hand up about six to eight inches to the right of your left hand. Look at that gap. That is the typical gap between your vision and your leaders buy in to your vision. For the congregation you could move your right hand even farther to the right. Ok, you can put your hands down. The gap between your two hands is what I call The Communication Gap.
